Ingredients

  • 2 cups of uncooked Jasmine rice (NOT instant rice)

  • (2) 10 ounce cans condensed French Onion Soup Mix

  • 24 ounces of water

  • 1 stick of butter, sliced

  • 1 pound of sliced andouille sausage (Richard's, Savoie's, or your other favorite brand)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Spray a 9x11 oven safe dish with cooking spray.

  3. Add rice, soup, water, and andouille sausage to pan and gently mix together.

  4. Lay sliced stick of butter spaced out over top.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes covered.

  6. Remove from oven, gently stir, and then bake for 30 additional minutes uncovered.
