Ingredients

  • 10 Italian sausage links (we prefer hot, but you can do all mild or half and half)

  • 2 onions, sliced (we prefer white or yellow)

  • 4 bell peppers, sliced (we prefer a mixture of red, yellow, and orange)

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic (fresh or jarred)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large glass baking dish, arrange the hot Italian sausages evenly.

  3. Scatter the sliced onions and colorful bell peppers around the sausages.
